Squash 57

Bigger ball; longer rallies; more laughs: Squash 57 is accessible and fun for all

If you’re looking for a fun way to get moving and enjoy the buzz of squash at a slightly steadier pace, Squash 57 is for you. Also known as ‘racketball’, Squash 57 uses a larger racket and a bigger, bouncier ball. This gives you more time to play your shot, more chances to keep the rally going, and more time to enjoy each point.

It’s great if you’re new to squash, returning after time away, or looking to stay involved in squash at a more manageable pace.

All the enjoyment at a steadier pace

You don’t need to be an experienced squash player to enjoy Squash 57. There’s no pressure to be perfect: the best rallies often end in laughter.

The game is easy to understand, and because the ball bounces more, it’s easier to find your own pace and settle into a rhythm. You can play gently, build up gradually, or push yourself when you feel ready. With a little perseverance, you’ll quickly start to read the ball, find your timing and feel more confident on court.

You’ll move, hit, chase, laugh and try again. Sometimes the ball will go exactly where you wanted it to. Sometimes it absolutely won’t. That’s all part of the fun. Everyone’s in the same boat, and there will be plenty of moments when you surprise yourself.

More than just a sport

Squash 57 is ideal for friendly rallies, relaxed games and plenty of chat between points.

Come on your own or bring a friend – the more the merrier. Either way, you’ll be part of a welcoming space where the focus is on enjoying the game, meeting people and having fun.

As well as helping you socialise, Squash 57 can help you:

Squash on your terms

Longer rallies, a steadier pace and a style of play that suits you perfectly.

A feel good workout for all

Improve your fitness, movement and coordination while enjoying every minute

Fun first approach, always

Squash 57 is about laughing and enjoying yourself just as much as staying active.
